PPL is back and better than ever!
Ever since month two of OSI, I’ve been looking forward to when Jeff would finally make a PPL program 5-6 days a week, and I love gaining strength on the big three. I have done some power building, and I am excited to see where this take my strength and muscle gains. Great work!
One of the most in depth program ever
After looking into the program, I feel like this program has been balanced well. It’s the most scientific program I have ever seen. Jeff was always a proponent of PPL, so it’s great that he launched a dedicated PPL program. 3 or 4 days before the release of the program, I mentioned in the portal that I wish that team Athlean gave the option of 6 day and 3 day split. I really appreciate it. Overall a great in depth program that I was proud to purchase and am excited to see the results in the future. Thank you team Athlean for a job well done!
In my opinion, not only do the exercises look and are really fun to perform, but it seems like it is doable when in a time crunch.
Great first impressions
So far I have completed the first week of Beaxst PPL. I started using AX programs a couple years ago with AX1 and then switched to total body Beaxst. With Beaxst PPL I feel like it is the best program for hypertrophy as compared to other programs. The soreness I’m feeling right now is the good kind of sore. I feel like I haven’t hit my muscles this hard in awhile. The program is well designed at focusing on specific muscle groups. There is a slight learning curve at the start in regards to each day’s routine, but that tends to be the case with new programs. I can honestly say that I actually am looking forward to working out each day with this program. This program allows me to get in, workout with laser focus, and get out. Can’t wait for my first challenge and to see what’s planned for next month.
Finally a PPL
I really enjoy the Athlean programs. However, I shy away from programs with full-body spits. It’s just not my favorite style of training. So during a phase of a program to moves into a full-body spilt I loose motivation. I am So thrilled to have a full 90 day program with a consistent training split that I love. It has been great so far.
I love the push,pull, leg structure and absolutely love that it can be scaled in intensity. I have many of programs in the AX arsenal and this one will be one I keep coming back to.
Train like an athlete
This is the first Athleanx program I’ve done, but I’ve been following Jeff for the past 3+ years and I knew it would never disappoint. It’s such a different style of training than I’m used to and is just what I’ve needed lately. I’m doing the medium level currently, next I will do expert, then probably back to the medium and do them over again to compare weights. The pump is incredible, but I can also feel the way it will increase my strength like crazy. I highly recommend these workouts and if you use high intensity like is intended with the program you are guaranteed results. You the man Jeff 💯 Oh and the feature for tracking your lifts is so useful and beneficial. You get what you pay for. Cheers

Athlean-X comes through AGAIN!
Started Athlean-X about 18 months ago. Been through Max Size, Bane, Ultimate Arms and Jacked. Picked up BEAXST PPL and love it. It has a ton of flexibility in terms of number of days training each week as well as 3 different levels. I chose the 3-4 days a week and beginner. Only 2 weeks in, but it is challenging and doesn’t disappoint. Great variety of exercises, perfect number of sets and corrective exercises each day. This a a great addition to the line-up. You do need some equipment and that’s why I chose beginner as I can’t go as heavy as I’d like to. Leg day is probably one of the best of all the programs. Hits all areas. Great job!
STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?
Similar to the Total Beaxst program, if you have a gym membership, you’ll have everything you need to do the program. If you train at home, a barbell, squat rack, pullup bar, bench, dumbbells, and resistance band are recommended.
PPL refers to Pull, Push, Legs. This is a split whereby you train your back, biceps and upper back in one workout (synergistic pulling muscles that prefer to work together), chest, triceps and shoulders in another (push day) and legs in another (leg day!)
BEAXST 2 PPL is a push, pull, legs program (one of the most effective for packing on slabs of dense muscle) while the original Total Beaxst program was a total body split program. Beaxst 2 includes 3 months of totally new training, utilizing some of the latest science supported training protocols designed to deliver serious muscle gains.
Each workout varies between 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the intensity of the training that day. No need to train longer than an hour to see powerful results from this program.
Not only are they back, but they’re badder than every before. Starting with arguably the “baddest MF’er on the planet right now” laying down the gauntlet in month 1. Can you prevent an early round knockout from UFC phenom Michael Chandler? You’ll need to be prepared. It’s my job to make sure you are.
